Privacy policy
We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any third party companies.
Payment
• Payment will be made in full via your preferred method, cash, card, cheque or PayPal®
• www.G1reeds.com’s selected currency is GBP, however we accept payments of other currencies through PayPal®.
• This payment will be subject to PayPal® currency conversions.
Delivery
• Postage and packaging will be calculated at your time of purchase.
• Smaller orders will be released for delivery within 5 working days from payment. Bigger orders may take longer, but will be released within a maximum of 28 working days, subject to availability.
• Choice of carriers will be determined at our discretion from various companies and couriers.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees.
• Who Pays the Fees: All customs charges, local taxes, and courier handling fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not include these in your order total.
• How You Are Notified: Your local customs authority or delivery courier (e.g., Royal Mail, Parcelforce, FedEx) will contact you directly via post or email to bill you for these charges before they can release the parcel. [1]
• Why We Do This: Customs policies vary widely depending on the destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Important Note: If you refuse to pay the customs charges and your parcel is returned to us, the original shipping costs and any return fees will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellations, returns and refunds

• Any cancellations, if made after posting of the product, will be the buyers responsibility to return the item to G1 Reeds.
• Any enquiries for returns should be made via email to [email protected] within 14 days of receipt of goods.
• Goods ordered from G1reeds.com have a seal for health protection and hygiene reasons therefore all returns unless for reasons of damage should be returned unopened and intact.
•All refunds and returns have to be made before 28 days of receiving the products.
• All items returned shall be the responsibility of the buyer to return them to G1 reeds Ltd within the allocated time period and are in a resaleable condition.
• G1 Reeds reserve the right to refuse refund if the product is returned in an unsatisfactory/unsellable condition.
