G1reeds are now being played by the majority of Grade one bands And have been played by the winning grade one bands in the recent  New Zealand , Australia and Bretton National Championships. G1 Platinum are currently being played by  Simon Fraser University Pipe Band Pipe Band, Inveraray and District Pipe Band and 12-times World champions Strathclyde Police Pipe Band to name a few .
